William “Gray” Moore embodies Southern hospitality. Born and raised in northern Virginia, he came to Charleston to enjoy palm trees and sandy toes. Gray has completed studies in business, tourism management, and studio art. This broad background helped him distinguish himself in Charleston’s hospitality industry, and his skills translated seamlessly to a career in real estate. At the age of 12, Gray was fascinated by his family’s experiences moving and buying a new home, and as an adult, he jumped at the opportunity to enter the real estate industry.
Gray runs his business by the motto, “You get out what you put in.” He always goes above and beyond to ensure success and customer satisfaction. Gray strives to help buyers find their forever home and net sellers top dollar for their property. Thanks to his hospitality background, Gray understands how to make clients feel comfortable and anticipate their needs. He knows the Greater Charleston market inside and out, with a speciality in Mount Pleasant and the surrounding areas. Gray’s genuine passions for Charleston’s history, architecture, and natural beauty inform his approach to every deal.
Gray is committed to service. He is an Eagle Scout, and he has volunteered with Trident Technical College’s annual A Night in the Valley fundraiser. He is particularly passionate about animals and supporting rescue organizations. When he’s not working, Gray can be found enjoying the beach, jamming at a local concert, or doing cannonballs in the pool.
