Nate has always been driven to succeed. At just 15 years old, he took on his first commission-based sales role in his hometown of Hartsville, South Carolina. Within four years, he had worked his way up to owning the business. This experience made it relatively easy for him when he moved on to another sales role in Charleston, where he quickly distinguished himself as the highest-producing salesperson at the company. Later, Nate joined a real estate team and helped grow their revenue by 16 times in just over a decade.
Nate’s real-world experiences, paired with his bachelor’s degree in interior design and personal passion for buying and flipping houses, give his clients the edge they need in this competitive market. His breadth of industry knowledge, outside-the-box thinking, use of cutting-edge tech, and expert negotiation skills take care of the rest.

Away from real estate, Nate enjoys spending time with his wife, Kristin, and son, Zayden. A proud Cub Scout leader, Nate cherishes teaching his pack about the great outdoors. He also has a huge love of driving anything with a motor, be it a boat, a Jeep, or a race car.
